About Me : Roslgitazone could improve the adiponectin level and the insulin resistance condition obviously in PCOS patients,but it had few influence on BMI.Which indicated that increased adiponectin level participated in insulin-sensitization mechanism of rosiglitazone in PCOS,and the relationship of adiponectin to insulin resistance was much closer than to BMI.
